Self-healing of Covid-19 survivors in building communication with the surrounding environment

COVID-19 entered Indonesia in 2020. Many victims died due to causing excessive fear, which impacted social relations survivors and limited communication with the surrounding environment. This study aims find out how self-healing experience of patients recovering from build uses a qualitative method phenomenological approach. Informants were selected using purposive sampling technique. Methods data collection observation, interviews, documentation. The analysis technique IPA (Interpretative Phenomenology Analysis) source triangulation validation method. results are power mind, exercise therapy, chest religious spiritual approach, laughter, gratitude introspection.
